Another Al-Nassr rival offers Messi nearly twice Ronaldo’s salary to leave PSG.

Paris Saint-Germain forward, Lionel Messi, has another suitor from Saudi Arabia – with Al-Ittihad joining Al-Hilal in the race to sign him, Marca reports.

Earlier this week, it emerged that Al-Hilal were willing to splash £245million on Messi.

But “Al-Ittihad are now also believed to have shown interest” in the 35-year-old.

Both clubs are ready to pay Messi an eye watering £306million per season, eclipsing the £175m his old rival Cristiano Ronaldo earns at Al-Nassr.

Messi’s current PSG contract will expire in June 2023, but the Ligue 1 champions are desperate for him to sign an extension.

However, the Argentina captain who won the World Cup last month, could be eager to reignite his rivalry with Ronaldo in the Middle East.
