Video of Wizkid’s parents squabbling at a Lagos wedding has gotten mixed reactions.

A video of Wizkid’s parents whispering sweet nothings into their ears at a recent Lagos wedding has since gone viral since it surfaced online hours ago.

Kemi FIlani reports that Wizkid’s parents were all the cynosure of all eyes at the traditional wedding which was held at the Marriot Hotel, Ikeja.

The viral video has since sparked mixed reactions from netizens.

“You see this couple (wizkid parents) they are so humble, especially wizkid’s father, the man na confirm great man I stand” one Niyi reacted

“See papa and mama gossiping small small at the event like youngies… its how papa is stretching his neck well to hear her,” one Uzo wrote

“Old man and woman still dey do ofofo” one Sisi wrote

Wizkid apologizes to Ghanaian fans

Ghanaian concertgoers who had purchased tickets for Wizkid’s supposed performance (concert) at the Accra Sports Stadium on Saturday, December 10, 2022, but were turned away have received an apology from the Nigerian Afrobeats singer.

Kemi Filani News earlier reported that Wizkid was billed to perform at the Accra Sports Stadium last night for a show dubbed ‘ Wizkid Live In Ghana’ but he failed to show up.

Sadly, Wizkid did not show up after fans bought tickets ranging between GH¢300 to GH¢3,200 just to watch him perform.

The audience waited in anticipation of Wizkid pulling a surprise even at 3:00 am but the show ended without him.

The musician has finally appeared with a tweet on his social media to give his apology to consumers who are unhappy in his inability to show up for his event after several hours of angry tweets flooding in from fans who were there at the event venue to watch Wizkid live in performance.

He shared a post that read, “Love you Ghana 🇬🇭💙”
